The High Strung is a Western Swing/Progressive/Spanish pop group from Detroit, Michigan. Members include Josh Malerman (lead vocals and guitar), Chad Stocker (bassist), and Derek Berk (drummer). Releases include Soap (2001), Sure as Hell (2002), These are Good Times (2003), Moxie Bravo (2006), and Get the Guests (2007). Record labels include Park the Van Records.
