Most of these complaints sound like sour grapes because they didn't read the agreement. They tell you numerous times that pm's are risky and you should take the loss like an adult, since you made the decision to buy or sell yourself. The agents can only advise (which has been spot on so far for me.) Have you ever seen a broker that can consistently beat the index funds? If you intend to invest in pm, do it with money you can afford to lose! That being said, you can also make a fortune if you truly know the market. I have had very good results and advice from Monex. I dident send the money now thay have ben threating ever since for the money iam so glad i dident send it now!! my local coin store has new gold coins maples. 2011 - iam geting them alot cheaper too. coin dealers can buy direct from the mint, who needs the crooks on here. thank god.
