Jeffrey Marsalis Rape Case Shows Difficulty in Prosecuting Date Rape

Date rape cases prove tremendously problematic and challenging when it comes to prosecuting the offender, as is evidenced by the case of Jeffrey Marsalis, a serial rapist with a total of 12 identified victims to date.  Marsalis faces another trial in January where he is charged for the rape of a colleague, but as of this date, Marsalis has only been convicted of two out of the 12 known cases of which he has been accused.
