How Hugh Jackman Works Out

Now that Hugh Jackman has been identified by People Magazine as the “Sexiest Man Alive,” everyone wants to know how Jackman keeps so fit.  Jackman was not always so fit and worked hard to get the rock solid physique he sports today; when getting ready for his role in X-Men as Wolverine, Jackmen would bench press 315 pounds and press 1000 pounds with his legs; this is part of what makes his 6 foot 2 frame so perfect today.  He also engaged in Yoga practices which have certainly proved wonderful for his health and body.
