Wine Spectator and Wine Advocate have celebrated Château Pavie for its 2005 Bordeaux red. The rich aroma of the 2005 red from Saint-Emilion blends tobacco, truffles and blueberries for an earthy bouquet. Château Pavie restricted production to 7,100 cases in 2005 and collectors should keep these cases in storage to celebrate the winemaker’s labor of love.
