Château Mouton Rothschild Pauillac 2005

The 2005 Pauillac is a Bordeaux red made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.  The result of this concoction is a deep purple color that hides flavors of sweet oak and licorice.  Wine lovers with large cellars should keep the 2005 Pauillac on hold for at least ten years to appreciate its rich bouquet.
