Bouchard Pere & Fils Vosne Romanee Les Malconsorts 2006, be patient and let mature

Yet another great wine from Bouchard Pere & Fils.  Once again, patients will pay off by letting this 2006 mature a bit before enjoying.

While this 2006 vintage can be consumed with pleasure upon purchase, the smart taster will wait a few years to open the bottle.  Bouchard Pere & Fils has created a red wine with an understated nose that is evocative of licorice and smoke.  The rich red hue of this pinot noir attracts the eye without giving away too much about the vintage’s flavor.
